As a single mother to two wonderful kids, with an incredible career that has allowed me the opportunity to advance with a little hard work, I found myself – overweight.  Overweight, overworked and tired.  I reached out to Voula as a high school friend who needed some help and we connected as if no time had passed.  During our first conversation, she worked with me to evaluate my eating habits (poor) and fitness level (low).  Then she shared some of her experiences with me.  She told me how she plans her meals and how she fits her workouts into each day.  And that’s how it all began.

As a nutritionist and fitness coach, Voula has the knowledge and experience to give advice and guidance, but then she takes it one step further and really connects by sharing her own stories.  She practices what she preaches, she leads by example.  She holds herself accountable with daily updates and by doing that, she encourages me.  When life gets busy a quick message from Voula or a little advice is all it takes to get back on track.

Voula has given me the tools I need to make better decisions. And it’s so easy.  Once you learn the basics of nutrition and fitness, the rest just falls into place.  The system works.  Not overnight, but that’s what makes it so successful.  This isn’t a diet, it’s a lifestyle.

I have to say that it was my lucky day when I came across Voula’s ad for her boot camp class that started in November. When I saw the ad and I sent Voula a quick email to ask her about her classes. She quickly answered me and made me feel comfortable right away, Without any hesitation I signed up right away. She sent me the first meal plan, and it was easy to read and follow. She always added encouraging words and always followed up with how I was doing. I enjoyed the boot camp classes as well, it was like being with my girlfriends, she was very positive and always helped us get into the right position for the exercises we were doing, so I wouldn’t hurt or strain myself. Hi my name is Diana, I started training with Voula for about 2 years now. Shortly after the birth of my first child, I noticed I was really struggling to lose the weight I put on during my pregnancy as well as needing a good food plan and a proper workout routine.
